Perception Solutions assists associations with their non-renewing members recovery efforts. We will work with you to develop a strategy to contact members that have not renewed, or their memberships have expired.

Our staff has extensive experience working with associations. This process has been helpful in reminding members to renew their membership, as well as gather insightful information to associations about their members. Our recent member recovery projects have resulted in impressive member recovery rates, with an answer rate average of about 30% and from that, about 78% confirming their renewal.

We’ll take a recent list of your non-renewing members and individually contact them via phone. We will then gather information on your members’ decision to renew their membership with your association or leave the member a voicemail in the case they do not answer the phone call. We can also discuss how many attempts will be most effective to reach your members. Throughout this project, we will send you weekly updates with any members who may need additional help from the association or need to be emailed a copy of the invoice/renewal link. Finally, we will provide you a list of members along with their renewal decision, reason for their decision, invalid phone numbers, and any other helpful information.

We have assisted several clients with this new service. They include Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management, The American Society for Health Care Engineering, and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

We will design and program a user-friendly web-based ballot, send out e-mail invitations to your members, collect their votes, and provide you real-time updates. The online ballot will be customized to show your association’s logo, instructions, and all candidates' information and pictures listed with individual hotlinks to their respective biographies. Your members will receive personalized e-mail invitations that provide a link to the ballot and a unique access code. Each member can only vote once.

A confirmation email can be sent to all participants who vote. The online ballot is accessible on any device. A printer-friendly/PDF version of the ballot will also be available. We will also send weekly reminder emails to those that have not yet participated.
